Reviv IV therapy launches membership model in the UK, with US to follow

25 Jul 2025
Reviv, a global provider of IV and other nutritional supplements, has introduced a membership programme in the UK to provide a way for guests to use their services more regularly.

The membership programme has launched at UK flagship locations and will be on offer in the US in the coming weeks.

Reviv has a presence in more than 100 locations in 47 countries across four continents.

The brand will also launch what it says is the world’s first global IV therapy loyalty reward programme, following the US membership launch.

Partner spas that offer the brand’s treatments as part of Reviv’s subscription model (Reviv X) will also be able to offer memberships to guests soon.

Luke Mills, global collaboration and partnerships director, Reviv, told Spa Business and HCM the membership has been designed to support the brand’s international customers, as well as local resident clients.

“We often find international clients will visit us across the globe, whether they are corporate travellers or there for leisure,” Mills said. “The programme is designed to offer member benefits across our corporate-owned properties, with discounts and perks at our franchise locations.”

“Reviv is a global company, with global patronage, so it’s important that we provide loyalty on a global scale,” Mills added. “This has been challenging previously due to tech and data sharing restrictions; however, the landscape has evolved and we have more tools available than ever to provide this proposition.”

Membership options

In the UK, there are three different membership options: essential, premium and elite.

• Essential – For £75 (US$101, €86) per month, guests can have one essential IV drip therapy, access to 10 per cent off all IV and IM vitamin therapies and a free B12 Methyl IM shot. This package is designed for those starting their wellness journey.

• Premium – Priced at £150 (US$202, €172) monthly, guests get one premium IV trip treatment, 15 per cent off all IV and IM vitamin therapies and a free CoQ10 Pure IM Shot. The company says this level of membership will suit individuals focused on energy, immunity and beauty from within.

• Elite – For £500 (US$672, €574) per month, guests will receive one elite IV drip therapy, 20 per cent off all IV and IM vitamin therapies and a free Biotin IM shot. This is the membership for those seeking the highest level of wellness services.

Mills continued: “Memberships are the natural next step in Reviv’s evolution within the longevity and nutritional health space. As consumer demand shifts toward proactive, personalised and consistent self-care, we’ve seen clients increasingly seeking regular access to IV therapy, diagnostics and recovery treatments – not just one-off experiences.”

“Our loyalty program responds to this by offering added value, convenience, and deeper engagement,” he added. “For the business, it also introduces predictable monthly recurring revenue (MRR), which strengthens our financial foundation, increases customer lifetime value and supports global scalability. The programme also helps further democratise access to our services, with price points that are more attractive to our audience, which is varied and wide-reaching.

Reviv’s business model

Reviv has fully branded flagship locations in key markets around the world.

It also has a subscription model called Reviv X, which allows spas and healthcare providers to offer IV and IM (intramuscular) therapies and nutritional support without a long-term commitment.

Historically, the company expanded through traditional franchising in international markets. It now has a small number of legacy franchise partnerships, but global growth is now being pursued via the Reviv X subscription model.

Reviv X provides partner spas with branding, clinical protocols, medical training, marketing support and the company’s full product range without large upfront costs or long-term contracts.
